We offer delivery to England, Wales & Scotland but unfortunately are currently unable to deliver to Northern Ireland.
Standard Delivery
Standard delivery is free on orders over £100. For orders under £100 the standard shipping cost is £15.
We normally aim to deliver within 24 hours of an order, but current circumstances mean orders may take up to 48 hours to deliver.
Orders received before 12 noon will usually be delivered next working day. Orders received on a Friday before 12 noon will be delivered on the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays) and orders received on a Friday after 12pm or over the weekend will be processed the next working day and delivered the day after that.
Collection From Our Showroom
Select the "local pickup" option to collect from our Manchester mobility bathroom showroom. Please allow us 2-4 days to get your order into stock and wait for a notification before coming to collect. Please bring your order confirmation email when collecting.
