Product Overview

The Geberit AquaClean Mera Care is a complete floor-standing WC and integrated shower toilet solution, designed for users who require hands-free personal hygiene. It replaces a standard toilet entirely and combines a rimless washdown pan, a built-in warm-air dryer, odour extraction, and full wash functionality in a single unit — no separate bidet or additional plumbing required.

At its core is a hybrid hot-water system pairing a continuous-flow heater with a storage water heater, ensuring a consistent water temperature between 34–40°C without cold starts. The anal shower uses Geberit's double-nozzle WhirlSpray technology, with five adjustable spray positions and five intensity levels, plus an oscillating mode that moves the spray arm automatically forward and back.

A separate Lady shower nozzle sits in a protected resting position when not in use. Both nozzles are auto-rinsed with fresh water before and after each use.

The rimless ceramic pan uses Geberit's TurboFlush technology with a KeraTect special glaze, making the bowl straightforward to clean and resistant to soiling.

Seat height adjusts between 44 and 56 cm to suit the user, and up to three personalised wash profiles can be stored via the supplied remote control or the Geberit Home App.

FAQs

What electrical supply does this unit require?

The Mera Care runs on a standard 230 V AC / 50 Hz mains supply and draws up to 2,000 W during operation. The mains connection uses a flexible three-core sheathed cable routed on the right-hand side, hidden behind the WC ceramic. An external power outlet on the right side is also possible. A qualified electrician should connect the unit in accordance with current wiring regulations.

What is the minimum water pressure needed?

The unit requires a minimum flow pressure of 0.5 bar and is rated up to 10 bar. At 0.5 bar the calculated flow rate is 0.03 l/s. If your incoming water pressure falls below 0.5 bar, the wash function will not operate correctly.

Is an S-bend or P-bend outlet needed, and can the water supply be connected externally?

The unit is supplied with a 90 mm connection set for the WC outlet. A Geberit S-bend set for floor-standing WCs is available as a separate accessory if required for your installation. External water supply connection is possible with additional accessories — confirm supply routing with your installer before ordering.
