AKW Rise and Fall Bidet

A complete height-adjustable wash/dry toileting solution, supplied as one pack.

It includes a bottom-entry bidet with Consilio seat and lid and an ergonomic remote control, a rimless wall-hung pan, and a Rise & Fall Cistern Unit.

The cistern unit raises and lowers the pan, houses the concealed cistern and dual push button flush, and has weight-bearing fold-up support arms. Up/down buttons on both arms adjust the pan height from 410mm to 610mm above finished floor level.

The adjustable height suits users of different heights, ages and needs, including multi-generational and multi-user households. It also makes side transfers on and off wheelchairs, shower chairs and commodes safer and easier.

The bidet offers adjustable wash and dry settings, a night light and a hygienic self-cleaning nozzle. Fold-up arms support each user's independence and dignity.

The unit comes with a 5-year warranty on the bidet and cistern unit, and a lifetime warranty on the ceramic.

Key Features

• Adjustable pan height: Up/down buttons on both arms raise and lower the pan between 410mm and 610mm to suit each user.
• Safer side transfers: Flexible height settings make transfers on and off wheelchairs, shower chairs and commodes easier and safer.
• Weight-bearing fold-up arms: The arms fold up for greater access during side transfers, with friction preventing a hard drop. Each arm supports up to 120kg and can help users move safely around the bathroom.
• Ideal for shared homes: Easy-to-use buttons on both arms suit multi-generational and multi-user households.
• Complete one-pack solution: The bidet, pan and cistern unit are supplied together, with fixing kits included as standard.
• Discreet, hygienic design: The rimless pan has rear holes that conceal the bidet pipework. It has rounded edges and corners, and the minimalist wall-hung shape makes cleaning easier.
• Concealed, compliant cistern: The cistern and pipework are hidden within the unit for a streamlined look. The toughened safety glass front panel adds peace of mind.
• Water-efficient dual flush: The push button flush offers a 6 litre full flush or a reduced flush.
• Highly adjustable wash: Choose from 5 rear and 5 feminine wash positions, 5 spray intensities and 4 spray modes.
• Instantaneous warm water: The 1750W heater gives a steady flow with no reheating gap between washes. It has 6 temperature stages and a gradual cooling option.
• Warm air dryer: The 350W dryer has 6 temperature levels and 5 speed settings.
• Ergonomic remote control: The handheld remote gives full control and helps carers maintain user dignity.
• Dementia and visual impairment support: The night light helps users find the toilet in the dark or in dim light.
• Safe, stable transfers: Seat lugs give discreet stability when side transferring. The Consilio seat has a large aperture suited to care environments.
• Easy lifting: The lid and seat have front moulded grips and contrasting side tabs, which are more hygienic and help users with limited dexterity.
• Soft-close lid and seat: Closing is slower and quieter, which is safer for users, especially children.
• Quick-release seat and lid: The seat and lid come off for easier cleaning and to adapt the bidet to different care needs.
• Integral seat sensor: The bidet only activates when the seat is in use.
• Self-cleaning nozzle: The nozzle is cleaned before and after each wash. Water is purged automatically after 72 hours of non-use.
• Quiet operation: The heater, water pump and dryer motor are all low noise.
• Low-pressure mode: The bidet keeps working on low-pressure supplies, down to 0.2 bar dynamic, with a maximum 25-second restart period.
• Strong load rating: The cistern unit and pan support up to 400kg, and the seat supports up to 150kg.
• Installation: Bottom-entry water supply with plumbing concealed within the pan. Two-person installation is recommended, with a plumber and/or electrician required.
• Recyclable packaging: Each component is individually packaged in recyclable materials for protection in transit.
