Product Overview
A two-part, 50mm water seal trapped gully with a square chrome top, designed for use with AKW and Contour wet floor formers including ShowerDec®, Tuff Form8, and Tuff Form. The square stainless steel finish makes it suitable for tiled wet room floors where a discreet, flush appearance is required. The two-part construction allows the top section to be removed for cleaning without disturbing the installation.
Benefits
High flow rate for level-access shower areas. Maximum flow rate exceeds 40 litres per minute, comfortably handling high-output shower heads without pooling — particularly important in level-access and wet room installations used by people with limited mobility.
Square top for tiled floors. The square chrome stainless steel cover sits flush with surrounding floor tiles, giving a clean, integrated finish without a visible centre screw or protruding fitting.

FAQs
Can this waste be used with a pumped drainage system?
No. The TSG52 is a gravity waste and requires a fall to the drain. Where gravity drainage is not achievable — for example in a ground-floor wet room without sub-floor void — a pumped waste such as the USG1-WH is required instead.
Is there a round chrome version available?
Yes. The round chrome top version is available under product code 08GT52-R, and a McAlpine standard two-piece version is available as 08GT52NSC. All share the same TSG52 gully body.
What floor depth is needed to fit this waste?
The waste is 100 mm in depth. Confirm that your floor former specification allows for at least this depth of void beneath the waste outlet before ordering.
