Impey Aqua-Dec Linear 1 Wet Room Former

A single gradient, a slim drain tucked close to the wall and very few tile cuts give this wetroom former a clean, modern finish.

Water runs in one direction towards a linear drain set just 50mm from the wall. That means fewer grout lines, no diagonal cuts and a simpler tiling layout. It suits corner and alcove installations and blends into the surrounding floor.

Available in three sizes, with a 1 in 40 average gradient and a maximum flow rate of 35-40 l/m, it works on timber or concrete floors.

Two sump positions help you work around pipework and joists. Where the raised edge(s) meet a wall, the former must be rebated into the wall(s).

Completing the installation with Impey WaterGuard™ qualifies it for a Lifetime Watertight Guarantee.
