Open-plan wet rooms need a floor that works in more than one layout, and this former is built for exactly that.

Three gradients guide water towards the drain, so it suits walk-through and alcove installations alike.

The trimmable design helps where dimensions need fine adjustment on site.

It’s available in six sizes, with a 1 in 40 average gradient and a maximum flow rate of 35-40 l/m.

It suits timber or concrete floors, and two sump positions help you work around pipework and joists.

Completing the installation with Impey WaterGuard™ qualifies it for a Lifetime Watertight Guarantee.
