Kartell Memphis Towel Rail - Matt Black

A minimalist flat-panel towel rail in matt black, available in two widths to suit different bathroom layouts. The Memphis combines 2 large-diameter collector tubes with 12 horizontal profile rails for a clean, architectural look that works alongside contemporary sanitaryware without competing with it. Matt black-plated mild steel construction, pressure tested to 10 bar, and supplied with all wall fixings included.

Runs on a standard central heating system.

Four G½" connections — two top, two bottom — allow flexible valve positioning on both flow and return sides. The 90mm offset from top and bottom edges is consistent across variants. Wall fixing centres are variant-specific (450mm for the 500mm wide, 550mm for the 600mm wide). Mild steel construction is suitable for sealed central heating systems. Pressure tested to 10 bar at factory. Fixings are included but wall anchors should be selected to suit the substrate given the 8-15kg weight.

The Memphis is a heated towel rail that runs off your central heating — it warms up when the heating is on and keeps towels dry and warm. The 500mm width suits a standard single-basin bathroom; the 600mm gives a little more towel-hanging space if your wall allows. All the wall fixings you need are included in the box. You'll need a plumber to connect it to your heating system — note valves are sold separately.
