A modern, single-hole mono basin mixer from Kartell's Times range, featuring a distinctive branching twin-handle design that splits to separate hot and cold controls above a single spout body. Built from solid brass with a gloss chrome-plated finish, it mounts vertically through a standard single-hole basin and is supplied with ½" BSP flexi hoses and all fixings, ready to install without additional parts. A basin waste is not included and is sold separately.

Both handles use a ceramic disc cartridge with quarter-turn operation, giving precise and reliable flow control with minimal operating effort. Rated from 0.2 bar, the tap performs on gravity-fed and low-pressure systems as well as mains installations, with a flow rate that scales from 3.8 L/min at 0.2 bar through to 15.4 L/min at 3 bar — the same pressure range as the wider Times tap range.

What size basin hole does this tap require?

The tap is a single-hole mono basin mixer designed for one tap hole in the basin. The base outer diameter is 4.8 cm — confirm this is compatible with your basin's tap hole size before ordering. The ½" BSP flexi hoses are included, so no additional pipework connections are needed for a standard installation.

Will this tap work on a gravity-fed system?

Yes. The tap is rated from 0.2 bar, making it suitable for gravity-fed cold water and vented hot water cylinder systems. No booster pump is required. Flow rate at 0.2 bar is 3.8 L/min; this increases to 8.8 L/min at 1 bar on a standard mains-fed installation.
